The electronic control software for vehicle controllers is a software platform of the pure electric vehicle control systems developed by the company for meeting the demand of the commercial vehicle market. Its functions include input signal processing, thermal management, gear shift coordination, high-voltage power on/off, AC/DC charging, driving range and power consumption, torque control, output signal processing, etc.
1.Torque control module: It makes coordination among the demand torque of the driver's accelerator pedal, the maximum charging and discharging torque of the BMS, the speed limit torque of the whole vehicle status and safety configuration, the response torque of the intelligent driving activation status, the MCU energy recovery torque, the creep and starting torque, etc., so that the power output of the whole vehicle is made stable and smooth.
2. Shift coordination module: In light of the driver's shift demand and the current vehicle status, it performs shift operation or send a shift failure prompt to make the vehicle gear coordinated and orderly.
