The automatic transmission controller (TCU) is the core component of the automatic transmission control system.The TCU coordinates the engine/drive motor to implement the torque and speed output control during starting and shifting by obtaining the driver's intention, transmission mechanical position sensor signal and communicating with the ECU, ABS/ESP and other electronic control units, so as to realize the functions such as gear decision, shifting action, starting and creeping control.
